Flight

Big disappointment with the content of the movie.
should be rated X. I took the entire family and had
to walk out after the first 5 minutes.Content is vulgar I cannot believe that Denzel Washington
would lower himself to such a disgrace of
obscenities. I would have never thought to
read about the content,  due to Denzel has
never played in a movie that displays such
adult content that should be rated X.

WARNING don't take children and some women could be offended how

women are portrayed.

A Thousand Words

A Thousand Words

Eddie Murphy is best known for his humor, but this movie goes in a different direction for him and it works. The message is spiritual and reinstates that power is only held by a celestial being and all the money and power that humans think they hold cannot out smart our lord.  My son who is 11-years-old loved the movie and he understood the meaning. There was one scene that had adult content, but not enough to keep your preteen and older from seeing it. Great movie take the whole family to see it and get a better outlook on life and really appreciate what really matters.

Chat Me More gives the movie two thumbs up!

War Horse

War Horse

Steven Spielberg succeeds once again with a superb movie. The movie is sentimental and heart warming, but addresses many issues that are real and devastating. Jeremy Irvine is award winning with his role and the passion he felt for "Joey" is horse that he broke and trained to plow his father's field is truly felt throughout the movie. Their relationship and loyalty will bring tears to your eyes. Jeremy plays Albert in the movie and his horse is sold to the army, after his father can no longer pay for his land when his crops get washed away from the rain. The movie then takes you to the lives of the soldiers and the families that are effected by the war in the UK. The war is based on England and Germany.  The horse "Joey" touches many lives during the time the horse serves in the war. Albert when he gets old enough he enlist in the war to find Joey and they are reunited again, but not without heart wrenching moments.

The movie deserves an academy award and I highly suggest you put it on your movie list, but remember to bring a plenty of tissues.

The Darkest Hour

The Movie falls into a Sci-Fi category

Chat Me More took her 2 sons ages 11 and 15 years-old to see "The Darkest Hour" and they did like the movie. My 11-year-old felt it was disturbing. The reason for this was that once the aliens get the person they become dust. The disturbing part was that there was actually relationships that these people have created with each other and to watch these people being snatched away by the aliens and then turn into dust can disturb your young one. The movie is based on dooms day and the aliens are trying to take over the world. The movie is exciting, but do make sure your child is old enough to handle the content of the movie. I would suggest ages should not be less than 11-years- old and there is a reason for the rating of PG-13.
